Quilted Backgammon Game

This foundation paper pieced backgammon game makes a great (Christmas) present for adults or kids. Just use the colour combination that suits the person you’re making the game for.

I made mine (yes, I’m actually keeping this one for myself, sorry) in grey and black tones with some fun polka dots fabric for the points. As checkers I used actual wooden checker stones (you could also use big buttons). The silver ones were wood coloured but I changed the colour to give them a more modern look. I’m absolutely in love with the result. Let the games begin 😉

This foundation paper piecing pattern with instructions contains a backgammon board game. In addition to the colour combination in the picture, I have added other colour suggestions. To try out your own colour combination, you can also find a colouring stencil in the back.
